No. The booking form sends a stay request, not a confirmed reservation. Include your name and email so your dates and arrangements can be followed up. Do not make non-refundable travel plans until your stay is confirmed.

The house has 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 20 guests. Ask for the bed sizes and room-by-room sleeping layout before allocating rooms, especially if your group needs separate beds or bedrooms.

Request pool heating before your stay and confirm the additional fee. It is not included by default. The hot tub is kept warm separately.
